Product Marketing Manager

DIREXYON Technologies is in full expansion and is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for its offices located in downtown Montreal.
We are a high-tech company founded in 2001, specialized in advanced financial modelling tools. DIREXYON Technologies has designed two decision-support solutions: The DIREXYON suite and MODEX.
The DIREXYON suite allows companies to find the most physically and financially profitable options for the management of assets, infrastructures, and corporate clients in the short, medium, and long term. As for MODEX, it simplifies and accelerates clients’ business processes such as budget planning, strategic plan development, financial framework development, contract awarding and financial statement production, among others.

Responsibilities:

  • Define GTM strategy for industry verticals, leading strategic launch planning for a range of products and services.
  • Clearly articulate market/opportunity sizing, target audience, competitive landscape, critical challenges, GTM strategies, product value prop, price, packaging, and key messaging.
  • Work with Technical Product Manager to ensure the value proposition and messaging of core technology and features highlights industry-specific tech/offerings.
  • Partner with the content team to develop a strategic content plan and roadmap. Also, defining what content is required to target various personas at each stage of the funnel, and work with the Demand Gen team to ensure those pieces are optimized to drive leads into the pipeline.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit to empower both BDR and Sales to exceed revenue targets. Define sales toolkit content that directly impacts annual recurring revenue goals.
  • Use sound product sense in marketing every day: identify the problem we are solving for, our hypothesis, what goals we will set and how we measure them, what channels are best to use, what we should do now, and how we can scale and automate.
  • Create and share intel on competing products and marketing; summarize what is working well and what is not and how we will differentiate ourselves.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of previous experience in product marketing.
  • B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience in setting go-to-market strategy for SAAS offerings and driving through to execution.
  • Someone adept at ensuring internal partners are aligned, onboard, and executing against a crystal-clear vision and game plan.

  • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment and unfazed by ambiguity and work your way through situations and bring others along with yourself.
  • Knowing how to effectively lead multiple priorities and aggressive timelines to achieve maximum impact.
  • Inbound Marketing and Content Marketing Certifications from Hubspot.
