Direxyon appoints Bernard Gaudreault as President

Bringing 20 years of asset management leadership to Direxyon’s next chapter

Direxyon is pleased to announce the appointment of Bernard Gaudreault as President. With more than 20 years of experience in asset management, Mr. Gaudreault is recognized for his ability to support organizations through strategic transformations, to rally teams around common objectives, and to evolve management practices toward sustainable standards of excellence.

Over the course of his career, Bernard Gaudreault has supported numerous organizations, industries, and public entities in developing and implementing asset management strategies and organizational transformation plans. His expertise has led him to intervene at the heart of the strategic challenges faced by major organizations and municipalities in Quebec, where he has supported leaders in implementing innovative practices aligned with the highest management standards. He also serves as a certified auditor for the review and accreditation of the ISO 55001 standard.

Co-founder of Planifika in 2005, Mr. Gaudreault led the organization for several years before joining Norda Stelo in 2023 as Director, Asset Management. He also contributes to advancing best practices in asset management through his involvement with the Institute of Asset Management (IAM), where he co-founded the Canadian chapter and sits on the international Board of Directors in England, while actively contributing to the visibility of the profession.

As President, Bernard Gaudreault will be tasked with accelerating Direxyon’s strategic development and commercialization, as well as the deployment of key partnerships in Canada and internationally. His role will notably involve supporting the company’s growth, developing the network of technology and expertise partners, strengthening Direxyon’s positioning in the Asset Investment Planning (AIP) market, and supporting the expansion of the platform among asset-intensive organizations.

As part of this transition, Alexandre Taillefer continues in his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring continuity of leadership and execution of our strategic priorities.
